Good news! The quack ENT Dr. that told me I had "sudden hearing loss" in my ear was wrong! AND I didn't even take the Roids he told me to...what a quack...seriously when I heard him (faintly) say that I had sudden hearing loss, I just felt like saying "are you serious dude"? It just sounded so, you know, like, I don't know what the hell is wrong with your ear, so let me just say this....and you know...if I would have taken those damn Roids, he would have thought he healed me...

The best part of it all is that I went back to him, after I didn't take the Roids, but thought my hearing was better, to have another hearing test to make sure I was back to normal...so the Quack walks in and is like, "so how are you doing"? and I am like I think I am better...and he is like "did you take the Roids"? and I am say, actually no...and he is like.. Ummm, Ohhh, ok....and I say I just want a hearing test to see if my hearing is normal and he is like...ok...and he leaves and I go get this hearing test done, and when he comes back in with the results he says "it looks like luck smiled on you" I just wanted to be like whatever dude, you don't know what you are talking about...

So that is good news...yeah! I am 19 weeks preg now and still going to work and walking around...trying to take it easy if I can...Do you understand that I have NEVER walked around pregnant after the 20 week marker?? That would be next week...I am trying to not think about it, but occasionally when I am walking at work I can't help but think... what the hell am I doing?? I should be laying down! Weird huh? So wish me luck next week...Just walking around pregnant like a normal lady...I love it!

So I knew I couldn't have a completely normal pregnancy...that would be out of the question right?
Well on Christmas I got a really really bad cold...felt like crap for about, gosh, I guess up until a couple days go...So after I had my cold for about a week and a half I got an ear infection...on a Sunday of course...so I called my lady doctor (which I didn't talk to her, I talked to the crack head on call) and crack head told me that she wouldn't prescribe me antibiotics over the phone because she couldn't look at my ear and it might not be an ear infection...HELLO...I am 30....I know when I have an ear infection!!...SOO I am told I have to the ER to get antibiotics...which by the way my co-pay went up to $75! So I go, get my antibiotic b/c my ear is way infected and that is that right? NO, of course not...so after about 4 days of taking my antibiotic my ear still feels "clogged" (this is the best way I can describe it)...so I make an appointment with an ENT...go to the ENT...and the dude tells me I have "sudden hearing loss"...Great! He tells me I need to take high dose steroids to possibly make it better, but it might not get better, and that I need to call my dr to see if I can even take the stuff he is prescribing...Anyways...that was this past Friday, I haven't taken the steroids...my ear still feels clogged...and I am just praying that it is just going to go POP! Hopefully I am not going to regret not taking the roids...but only time will tell...I can't imagine... pregnant AND on Roids...whoa you better just look out...I am going to be screaming and flipping tables...
